2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Netch app and its features
• To transcribe voice memos and generate contact profiles using AI
• To send follow-up reminders and generate outreach drafts
• To enable location-based features like Live Radar (opt-in only)
• To communicate with you about product updates and your account
• To analyze usage patterns and improve our service

3. AI and Voice Data

Voice memos are processed using third-party speech-to-text and AI services to extract contact information. We do not sell your voice data. Transcriptions are stored securely and associated with your account. You can delete your voice memos and derived data at any time.

4. Location Data

Location data is collected only when you explicitly check in to an event using Live Radar. Location data is ephemeral — it is deleted automatically when you check out or after 4 hours. You can toggle your visibility at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the app (hosting, AI processing, analytics)
• Other Netch users, but only the profile information you choose to make visible
• Law enforcement, if required by applicable law

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
